Congratulations to a Faculty Member at the College of Medicine – University of Babylon on Assuming a New Position Professor Dr. Muhannad Abbass Al-Shalah, Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Babylon, extended his congratulations and best wishes to Professor Dr. Lamees Abdul-Razzaq on the occasion of her appointment as Head of the Department of Microbiology.
