The exam included a comprehensive assessment of students’ skills through two main components: • OSCE stations (OSCE): to evaluate clinical skills, the ability to manage emergency cases, and the accuracy of clinical examination. • Long Case examination: involving a range of medical conditions, where students took a detailed medical history, presented the case to the examiners, and discussed the diagnosis, possible complications, and proposed management plans. The examination atmosphere was marked by smooth workflow and precise organization, with no notable obstacles reported. In turn, the course coordinator of the Department of Internal Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Nihad Abdullah Al-Jubouri, commended the efforts of Merjan Teaching Hospital’s administration for facilitating procedures, providing appropriate wards, and preparing suitable clinical cases—supporting the educational process and ensuring the rigor and quality of the assessments.
