In recognition of his efforts, distinguished management, and contribution to the College of Medicine, the President of the University of Babylon, Dr. Qahtan Hadi Al-Jubouri, honored Dr. Muhannad Abbas Al-Shallah, Dean of the College of Medicine, with the “Shield of Excellence” award during his work as Dean of the University. Members of the College Council expressed their appreciation for Dr. Al-Jubouri’s cooperation in improving the educational and academic reality. Dr. Al-Jubouri wished Dr. Al-Shalah success in maintaining the college’s achievements and its advanced positions in the scientific and administrative fields.
