Awareness Symposium at the College of Medicine, University of Babylon on the Dangers of Electronic Addiction
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Babylon, Professor Dr. Ameen Ajeel Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Muhannad Abbas Al-Shallah, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit of the Department of Physiology organized an awareness symposium titled “The Dangers of Electronic Addiction.”
Assistant Lecturer Raflaa Hilmi Haleem highlighted the psychological effects of electronic addiction and its impact on students’ academic performance.
Meanwhile, Assistant Lecturer Riam Faisal Majid discussed the individual and societal consequences of electronic addiction and provided practical advice and solutions to overcome this issue.
