Congratulations to a Faculty Member at the College of Medicine, University of Babylon, on Assuming the Position of Administrative Assistant Dean Professor Dr. Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah, Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Babylon, extended his congratulations and best wishes to Professor Dr. Samir Swadi Hammoud on the occasion of his appointment as Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs. This congratulatory message was conveyed during his reception at the dean’s office, where he wished him continued success in his new position, in service of advancing the College of Medicine to the highest levels. The Dean also praised the distinguished efforts of Professor Dr. Kazem Jawad Al-Hamdani during his tenure in this role, in addition to his teaching and research responsibilities in the Department of Biochemistry, which left a clear and remarkable mark through his dedicated contributions. He wished him continued success, excellence, and scientific productivity. For his part, Dr. Samir Swadi Hammoud thanked the deanery for the trust placed in him, expressing his hope to live up to the expectations of the college in his new position, in a way that serves the educational mission and the esteemed reputation of the College of Medicine
