Holding a Scientific Seminar at the College of Medicine – University of Babylon as part of the Continuing Education activities of the Department of Human Anatomy.
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Babylon, Professor Dr. Amin Ajil Al-Yasiri, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah, the Department of Human Anatomy organized a specialized scientific seminar entitled:
“Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Developing Modern Medical Education.”
This seminar comes as part of the continuing activities of the department’s Continuing Education Unit, and as a reflection of the College’s commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education.
The seminar was attended by academic staff and participants, and its themes included a presentation of the latest digital technologies that contribute to enhancing the level of medical teaching and training. The lectures were delivered by:
• Professor Dr. Haitham Ali Al-Sayegh
• Professor Dr. Rana Ayad Ghalib
The seminar discussed how AI tools can be integrated into medical curricula, and how artificial intelligence can reshape medical education through innovative tools that help faculty members and students achieve the highest levels of scientific competence, and enhance scientific research skills among students and academic staff by using modern technologies.
