College of Medicine, University of Babylon Conducts Practical Examinations for Fourth-Year Surgery Students
As part of the continuous periodic assessment of students, the Department of Surgery at the College of Medicine, University of Babylon conducted the final practical examinations for the second course (third group) of fourth-year students.
The examination was held in the presence of faculty members from the department and a distinguished group of specialist physicians from the Babylon Health Directorate, ensuring the rigor of the assessment process and its close alignment with real clinical practice. The examinations were supervised by Professor Rafid Al-Husseini, who closely monitored the progress of the assessments and ensured that appropriate conditions were provided to maintain the smooth conduct of the examination and the achievement of its academic objectives.
On the sidelines of the examinations, the Dean of the College, Professor Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah, commended the efforts of the examination committees and teaching staff in organizing the examination process. He emphasized the College’s commitment to advancing the practical and clinical competence of its students in line with quality assurance standards and academic accreditation requirements. He also expressed his appreciation for the constructive cooperation with the Babylon Health Directorate in supporting the educational process and clinical training.
