College of Medicine, University of Babylon Holds Faculty Council Meeting The Faculty Council of the College of Medicine was convened under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Muhannad Abbas Al-Shallah, Dean of the College of Medicine, with the attendance of the Scientific and Administrative Assistants, all department heads, Professor Dr. Naseer Jawad Hamad Al-Mukhtar, representative of the Academics Syndicate, and Assistant Professor Dr. Basim Abdul Aali Abdul, Secretary of the Council. The Dean welcomed the attendees and wished them continued success in their assigned responsibilities. The council then approved the final examination results for first-year students for the first semester. Additionally, the council discussed a range of academic, research, and quality assurance directives and recommendations, focusing on academic accreditation and strategies to enhance the ranking of the college and university in scientific, research, and academic forums. These efforts aim to advance the overall educational process. Finally, the remaining agenda items were discussed and reviewed
