College of Medicine Signs a Twinning and Joint Cooperation Agreement with the College of Medicine – Al-Mustaqbal University

College of Medicine – University of Babylon Signs a Twinning and Joint Cooperation Agreement with the College of Medicine – Al-Mustaqbal University

The Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Babylon, Professor Dr. Muhannad Abbas Al-Shalah, welcomed in his office the Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Walaa Luay Al-Falluji, for the signing of the twinning and joint cooperation agreement between the two colleges.

Professor Dr. Muhannad Al-Shalah stated that the agreement aims to open new horizons for cooperation between the two parties in scientific, cultural, and service fields, in a way that benefits the target groups of both institutions. The agreement includes several areas, such as the exchange of faculty members and researchers, sharing of scientific resources, and the implementation of joint research projects covering various specialties. These projects will involve faculty, researchers, technicians, and students to facilitate the exchange of expertise and to enhance capacities in line with available resources.

The agreement also provides for the organization of conferences, seminars, educational workshops, and discussion panels, either in person or through virtual means, by hosting academics from different specialties to benefit from their scientific and research expertise.

For his part, Professor Dr. Walaa Luay Al-Falluji expressed the readiness of the College of Medicine at Al-Mustaqbal University to implement the terms of the agreement, especially since it is a newly established college. He affirmed the college’s commitment to developing scientific cooperation with the College of Medicine at the University of Babylon, in order to raise academic standards in the fields of scientific research, training, and professional development, in a way that serves the community.
