University of Babylon Obtains Institutional Accreditation
The University of Babylon has achieved a new milestone by obtaining institutional accreditation from the Iraqi Council for Institutional Accreditation under the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority / Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
On this special occasion, the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Muhannad Abbas Al-Shallah, extends his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the University of Babylon, Professor Dr. Ameen Ajeel Al-Yasiri, the academic and administrative assistants, the deans of the colleges, directors of units and research centers, as well as all faculty members, staff, and students of the University of Babylon, wishing them continued success and further achievements.
Dr. Al-Shallah explained that institutional academic accreditation represents one of the fundamental pillars for ensuring the quality of higher education in universities around the world. It contributes to enhancing positive engagement with both the local and international community, helps build the university’s reputation, attracts talent and resources, and positions it among reputable academic institutions.
