As part of ongoing academic cooperation and university twinning programs, the Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Babylon, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Abbass Al-Shalah, received a delegation from the College of Medicine at Al-Mustaqbal University, in the presence of the Scientific Assistant Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Babylon, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ashraf Mohammed Ali, and officials from the Medical Education Unit.
The delegation from Al-Mustaqbal University included the college’s Scientific Assistant Dean, the Head of the Physiology Department, the Head of the Anatomy Department, and the Medical Education Officer.
The visit focused on discussing mechanisms of cooperation in academic fields. These meetings aim to coordinate joint efforts to conduct a unified examination between the two colleges, which will be held under the direct supervision of the College of Medicine, University of Babylon, in accordance with ministerial instructions that emphasize academic rigor and the exchange of expertise between public and private colleges.
In this regard, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Al-Shalah affirmed the commitment of the College of Medicine, University of Babylon, to providing the necessary scientific and academic support to ensure the success of the joint examination experience, thereby enhancing the quality of medical graduates and supporting the educational process in the province.
