College of Medicine at the University of Babylon Holds Expanded Meeting with Al-Mustaqbal College of Medicine to Manage the Joint Examination and Strengthen Academic Cooperation
The Joint Committee for the administration and implementation of the joint examination between the College of Medicine, University of Babylon and the College of Medicine, Al-Mustaqbal University held an expanded meeting today to discuss implementation mechanisms and to establish the logistical and academic frameworks for the upcoming examinations.
The meeting was chaired and directly supervised by the Deans of the two colleges:
• Professor Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah, Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Babylon
• Professor Walaa Luay Al-Fallouji, Dean of the College of Medicine, Al-Mustaqbal University
The meeting was also attended by the Scientific and Administrative Assistants, in addition to the Heads and faculty members of the Departments of Physiology and Human Anatomy from both colleges.
The meeting addressed several key points essential for ensuring the success of the joint examination, including:
1. Establishing the general framework and roadmap for managing the examination and ensuring smooth implementation in line with academic quality standards
2. Coordinating the distribution of responsibilities among the subcommittees of both colleges to ensure accurate execution
3. Exchanging academic expertise to strengthen cooperation between faculty members of the relevant scientific departments
This meeting reflects the policy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in strengthening cooperation between public and private universities, and primarily aims to enhance the quality of the educational process, unify academic perspectives, and improve the efficiency of student assessment within the province.
