College of Medicine Conducts the Central Mock Ministerial Evaluative Examination for Sixth-Year Students
Under the patronage and direct supervision of Professor Dr. Mohend Abbass Al-Shalah, Dean of the College of Medicine, and in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ashraf Mohammed Ali Hussein, the College conducted the central mock ministerial evaluative examination designated for sixth-year students.
This step comes as part of the College’s proactive preparations to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination process. The mock examination focused on testing the readiness and responsiveness of the ministerial examination platform, evaluating the efficiency of the examination network and technical system inside the examination halls, and providing students with a realistic simulation experience prior to the final examinations.
The examination witnessed the active participation of the technical team from the College of Information Technology, headed by Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Jawad Kadhim Al-Janabi, along with Assistant Professor Iman Mohammed Burhan, the authorized coordinator of the evaluative examination at the College of Medicine, to oversee the technical procedures and ensure the accuracy and smooth running of the examinations.
The team supervised the technical and technological aspects of the process and provided immediate intervention to address any technical obstacles that might face the system, reflecting the spirit of cooperation among the colleges of the University of Babylon to ensure the success of the ministerial evaluative examination experience.
For his part, the Dean affirmed that the College is mobilizing all its logistical and technical capabilities to support students and provide the optimal examination environment in accordance with quality standards and ministerial instructions.
